  4. Assessment and Verification: Once we receive your request and the photogenic proof of damage, our team will assess the situation and verify the validity of the claim. We reserve the right to determine if the product damage is eligible for a replacement.
  5. Replacement Process: If your claim is approved, we will promptly ship a replacement product to the original shipping address provided at the time of purchase. In case the damaged item is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer a comparable alternative.
  6. Return of Damaged Products: We do not require the return of the damaged product unless specifically instructed by our customer support team. If a return is necessary, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed. In such cases, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Anastasia Does Astrology.
